About the Scrumptious Creator

Hi there! I am a 30 year old first time mom living in Florida with my hubby, one year old son, and Yorkie named Coco. Scrumptious Recreations, originally a Social Media Marketing class assignment is now a way to express my love for cooking and document my journey through life's challenges and joys as a new mom. 

Cooking is a passion of mine and Scrumptious Recreations is an avenue to share that passion. My goal is to recreate my favorite chef and family recipes by providing easy to follow, step-by-step directions, take visually stimulating photographs of the food I cook, and share any tips and mishaps I learn along the way. Originally from New Jersey but “originally” from Poland, I realize how important it is for me to pass along family recipes so they can live on for generations. 


Coming soon in the near future, I will be adding a "Scrumptious Motherhood" tab in which I will be sharing all those joys and challenges of motherhood I mentioned above. Having worked in Corporate America for most of my adult life and being an ambitious and career-driven woman, being a stay-at-home-mom has had its ups and downs.
